Posting one day late, but what the heck. Though i must say...
FREEDOM, AT BLOODY LONG LAST! Exams are finally over and stuff, but i'm kind of anxious about the returning of the exam scripts. You know me, always nervous. But we only have to go back to school on Wednesday, so we have quite a long weekend? Time to swim :)
Went for forensic science thingy today, very boring, it's the most boring thing to the whole wide world. I'd rather listen to Ms Chiang teach. Hi, ms chiang! Kai siang and a few others from 201 and 202 went, while the rest stayed in school to plan the school bazaar. Even more boring~
So we were in Singapore Polytechnic listening to some lecturer talking about drugs and stuff. Oh, and did i mention that we were only provided transport there for today only? We have to go ourselves for the next 4 sessions. What the hell.
Anyway, we were provided with free sausage mcmuffin and coke as breakfast once we reached there and we listened, no, dozed through the morning and we had lunch in SP's mac. So after lunch, me and the 201 boys went to play Bluff. LOL. Quite liked it. I've never played card games before. I have a deprived childhood. Woe is me.
After lunch, we went to do practical, which was the fun part. It's the funnest part for the whole day. The 201 boys and the 201 girls (with a few 202 girls) did electrophoresis. (Remember EOY Chem Compulsory Question? WTF.) Wasn't exactly impressed, thought we got to use really high-end and huge equipment, but i was let down. We had to use shark's meat and test for the proteins or the whatever goobledegack. At the end of everything, we played with the water bath! Kind of like a manicure of some sorts. LOL. We had to put our hands in this metal basin filled with water and it had electricity or whatchamacallits connected in it and there would be this tingling sensation and after that our nails would be all clean and shiny. Cool.
We were dismissed 2 or less hours early and here i am now typing this. I hope we get to play with the water bath next time. Boomz away!
